Director

Daniel Simpson formed Red Cannon Developments in 2020 after exploring the planning and logistical potential of airspace development across London. With a Degree from the University of Warwick in History & Politics, and experience in both high value residential property transactions and work in a Central London planning consultancy, Daniel has been a part of a Red Cannon team that has successfully navigated COVID.

Daniel's primary role involves project managing and overseeing the detailed planning applications for Red Cannon's development projects. Having secured planning permission for multiple schemes and delivering on an estimated £10m+ in anticipated GDV, he has developed an expertise for securing planning consent in an efficient, cost-effective manner whilst maximising each site's potential.

Daniel is keen to ensure that all schemes are delivered to the highest quality and reflect the Red Cannon Developments ethos, which is reflected in an incredible attention to detail.

Outside of work, Daniel is a keen traveller, hiker and lover of football, where he can often be found at the Emirates Stadium cheering on his beloved Arsenal.

Director

Jordan Weinfeld founded Red Cannon Developments in 2020, capitalising on the government's introduction of Permitted Development rights for airspace development opportunities. With a solid background in land acquisition from his tenure at a regional house builder, where he secured multiple deals across England, Jordan brought a wealth of experience to his new venture.

Since its inception, Red Cannon Developments has flourished under Jordan's leadership, evolving into a well established property investment and development company. The firm now boasts an extensive portfolio of development and investment opportunities throughout the South East. Alongside his co-founder Daniel, Jordan oversees all facets of Red Cannon’s operations, ensuring the company’s continued growth and success.

When not at the helm of Red Cannon, Jordan enjoys perfecting his golf swing, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and passionately supporting Arsenal.
