Red Cannon principally explore the development potential of residential blocks of flats through rooftop extensions and penthouses, as well as basement/garden level extensions and conversions of appropriate spaces. Our team of expert architects, planners and specialists critically analyse every site to ensure we maximise the potential of our investments and increase the density of sustainable sites where possible.
In recent times, our portfolio has expanded to also include other opportunities within sustainable residential development, including garages and backland plots.
As well as acquisitions, we are also undertaking a number of Joint-Ventures with land owners and freeholders of blocks of flats, and are open to opportunities to explore development potential.
